Private Yoga Lessons
Private yoga sessions are a great way to learn fundamental elements of yoga to enhance your awareness, create stability and ease for you on all levels.
I use a blend of yoga techniques to create a plan for your practice including hatha, restorative, vinyasa, gentle yoga and primal vinyasa™.
This approach can be adapted to all levels, and is helpful for creating the best movement patterns for your body. Developing healthy movement patterns helps you in everyday activities by increasing your agility, preventing falls, and helping with general body awareness.
Group classes are great for maintaining a practice, but if you're new to yoga or feel like you've plateaued in your yoga practice, we can work together to create a plan that helps you reach your goals.

Single sessions are welcome, but you'll get the most benefit if we can meet in a sequence. To make this easy, I have a six class package that also includes a printed sequence for you to continue your practice on your own.
